Dianne started her legal career with The Commonwealth Attorney Generals Department in 1978 and holds a double Law Degree with Honours and has worked exclusively in the areas of family law, property and children matters and domestic violence for the past 20 years.

One of the driving forces behind the establishment of Lynn & Rowland was Dianne’s personal experience with Domestic Violence and her strong desire to assist vulnerable clients to navigate their way through a system that was neither friendly nor client focused with support, advice and guidance at a time in their lives when it was most needed.

Dianne has through her personal insights, legal experience and understanding of her clients’ needs built Lynn & Rowland’s reputation for positive client relations, client satisfaction and achieving fair and equitable outcomes, made possible by gaining a true understanding her client’s position and needs, at the start, to achieve the individual working relationship each client needs – and then working towards attaining the very best outcome which has allowed them to move forward into the next chapter of their lives

Dianne has achieved excellent outcomes for all her clients including those with multi-million dollar property matters and high profile children’s matters and whose client base included clients from the UK, Canada, Costa Rica, The Philippines, Japan New Zealand and The US.

Dianne’s practice has included the appearances in State Courts and the Specialist DV Court, Federal Circuit Court, Family Court and the Appellate Courts both Single Judge and Full Bench.

Dianne continues to contribute to the firm and its clients in her role as Consultant.
